Another Election that 50% of the People are Unhappy With
And What We Need to Learn Before the Next Canadian Election
Over the next few weeks we are all going to be inundated with data, and analysis of the United States of America’s election results whether we live there or not. And while I typically keep my political leanings out of my writing, the reality is the ripple effect of Trump winning, will impact my body and my choice all the way up here in Canada. And well, I’d be doing a disservice if I didn’t add a perspective that I think we all need a reminder of. Change of leadership/mentality is possible, but only we learn to fight fair.
The Fight Isn’t Fair
Yup, I am just going to come right out and say it. The whole US election was not fair, and guess what Americans, that’s not your fault. Well not entirely. The thing is, politics is one huge smoke screen for “follow the money”. And if you didn’t realize that, then your vote is moot. Why? Because over half of the people voting are voting for economics, while the other half are voting for human rights and the social aspects of their country. And guess what? Money always wins.
